Milwaukee Public Library A large three story Indiana Bedford limestone-clad building designed by Ferry & Clas in a Neo-Renaissance design during a competition among Milwaukee architects. The rotunda is a magnificent space with twelve columns and balustrades of old convent Sienna marble. Sculptor, Frank Steven executed the majority of floral carvings on the exterior of the building.
