1000 North Water

A 24 story office building with the bottom eight stories a parking pavilion. The postmodern-styled building is clad in pink colored granite and has pink-tinted windows to give it a unique look for Milwaukee's skyline. Shortly after opening, the building went into foreclosure and it was sold in 1994 at a foreclosure auction for $30 million.
