Hotel Antlers

The building was an 11 story hotel with 450 rooms and was built as a budget hotel for men. The grand opening was in April of 1924. It was built on land leased from the Plankinton estate. In 1955 it became part of the Blankstein hotel chain and was ultimately demolished to make way for the parking structure of the new Grand Avenue Mall.
